What you need to know

With Goldrink Premium we decided to address an issue that was lacking in isotonic drinks: the muscular catabolism (ie processes that lead to muscle tissue loss) characteristic of endurance sports.

How to take it

Drink during exercise approximately 1 litter per hour ingested in small amounts every 15–20 minutes. To prepare, add 1 levelled scoop (35 g) for each 500 ml of fresh water. Stir well and serve.
