How to take it

Drink during exercise, taking small sips every 15 – 20 minutes. Until 2 hours of training take 1 serving per hour, between the second and third hour of training take 2 servings, after 3 hours of training take 3 servings per hour. To prepare each drink, add 1 level scoop (40 g) to each 500 ml of water. Stir well. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
