Creatine supplementation increases your concentration in muscle. This means you’ll have more explosive energy and strength! This translates into greater gains in each workout.

How to take it

Loading phase: Take 4 dose per day, for 5 days – at breakfast, lunch before and after exercise. Maintenance phase: Take 1 dose after workout, for 8 weeks. To prepare 1 dose, mix 1 level scoop in 250 ml of water and take. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
